An exceptionally wide sandy beach that forms a landscape of its own along Amrum.
Kniepsand stretches along almost the entire western side of the island. Between dunes, foredunes and the open sea, there is plenty of room for long walks and quiet days on the beach. Please always respect marked paths and protected areas.
