Right of withdrawal

Information for consumers about contracts for portal services with Bitbox on Gastgeber Amrum (Stayful). It does not cover accommodation or other services booked with third-party providers. Statutory consumer withdrawal rights do not generally apply to business contracts; any contractual right depends on the agreement.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right, inform us (bitbox – Agentur für digitale Medien GmbH & Co. KG, Stresemannstraße 6, 21335 Lüneburg, buchhaltung@marktplatz-agentur.de, +49 4131 789900-0) of your decision by a clear statement, such as a letter or email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not compulsory.

You can also withdraw online using “Withdrawal form” in the footer of this portal. We will promptly send an acknowledgement on a durable medium (email), including the declaration and the date and time of receipt.

To meet the deadline, send your declaration before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your declaration. We will use the same means of payment as the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any reimbursement fees.

If you expressly requested services to begin during the withdrawal period and we duly informed you of the consequences, you must pay a proportionate amount for services already provided up to the point you informed us, compared to the full contractual service.

Early expiry

For paid services, the right expires only after full performance if you expressly agreed to performance starting before the period expired and acknowledged that you would lose your right once the contract was fully performed. Activation of a plan alone does not mean full performance of an ongoing service contract.
